1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the 75bb platform — including its website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, and any associated services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the 75bb platform. Your continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the 75bb platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You have the full legal capacity and authority to enter into a binding agreement with 75bb.

• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of 75bb, nor an immediate family member of any such individual.
• You have not previously had a 75bb account suspended, terminated, or closed for breach of these Terms.

75bb reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending completion of verification.

3 Account Registration and Security

Each individual may register only one (1) account on the 75bb platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 75bb reserves the right to close all associated accounts, cancel pending withdrawals, and forfeit any bonus balances without prior notice.

When completing the registration process, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You further agree to promptly update your account information if any of the details change. 75bb shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

• You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your username and password.
• You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must notify 75bb immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• 75bb will never contact you to request your password, PIN, or full payment card details via any communication channel.
• Sessions conducted using your login credentials will be deemed to have been conducted by you, and 75bb shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access arising from your failure to secure your credentials.

75bb reserves the right to perform identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) checks at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, upon request for withdrawal, and periodically during the account relationship. Accounts that do not pass KYC checks may be restricted or closed.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 75bb platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 75bb supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and selected local bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Deposits are typically credited to your 75bb account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests via bKash and Nagad are ordinarily processed within 10–15 minutes of approval, subject to verification requirements.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit funds into your account, unless an exception is expressly approved by 75bb in writing.
• 75bb does not accept deposits from third parties. The name on the payment method used must match the name on the registered 75bb account.

75bb reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or pending completion of KYC verification. In such cases, 75bb will notify the player by email within a reasonable timeframe.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

75bb offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the individual promotion, as communicated at the time the bonus is offered, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where applicable, identity verification.
• Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all deposit bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms and expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x the bonus amount).
• 75bb reserves the right to impose game-specific contribution weightings towards wagering requirements. Live casino, table games, and sports betting may contribute at a reduced percentage compared to slots.

6 Gameplay Rules and Sports Betting

All casino games available on the 75bb platform — including live dealer games, slots, fish shooting games, and table games — are operated by licensed third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, Habanero, and Spribe, among others. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible via the in-game information panel.

In respect of sports betting, including cricket betting covering the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), IPL, T20 World Cup, and international fixtures:

• All bets are accepted subject to the specific market rules applicable to each sport and event type.
• 75bb reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond a defined period, or where there is evidence of price error or system malfunction.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, the result as determined by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, FIFA, etc.) shall be final.

In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — including server errors, disconnections, or software failures — 75bb will make all reasonable efforts to honour the game state at the point of failure. Where this is not technically possible, the affected wager will be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's account balance.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 75bb platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime using the platform or its payment facilities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players, whether in live dealer games, poker, or any other multi-player game format.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or glitches in the platform software for financial gain.
• Abusing bonus offers through matched betting, arbitrage, or similar techniques designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

• Engaging in any conduct that 75bb, in its reasonable discretion, deems to constitute harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour towards platform staff or other players.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content without express prior written consent from 75bb.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any platform content.
• Use the 75bb brand name, logo, or trademarks in any context — including on social media, third-party websites, or in marketing materials — without prior written authorisation.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 75bb, its directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform services.
• Losses resulting from technical malfunctions, server downtime, or software errors, except where expressly addressed in Section 6.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information or content published on the platform.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any gambling losses incurred through normal use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit 75bb's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between any translation of these Terms and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
